• Rehearsal dinners for the evening before are included.

• Afternoon setup the day before is included.

• All Tables, Chairs, and Custom Linens are included.

• Room layouts are completely customizable.

• A Specialized Warehouse Facilities Manager is provided for the entire duration of your wedding.

• A Team is provided to assist Parking.

• All Venue setup / teardown of tables and chairs are included.

• Our Venue can accommodate up to 350 Guests.

• Due to the nature of our space - clients can hang draping to separate the large room to make smaller, purposeful spaces if desired.

• A highlighted vendor list is available upon request.
